All WORKSAFE products are made of reinforced plastic materials which should not drastically age during their expected life span. Ageing of plastic may occur if exposed to strong UV radiation. In any case, eyepieces should be replaced after a maximum of two years of use, and frames, housings and forehead protection after three years of use.
All eye/face protectors are marked in compliance with the table below to identify their areas of application and performance according to EN 166 Class 1F.
